Refund Policy
Simple, fair, no surprises. Here is exactly what happens if you need a refund.
1. Free trial
Every plan and pack includes a free trial — 15 days for Solo, Growth, and all Packs; 30 days for the Agency plan. Your card is never charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged at all.
2. 15-day refund window
If ZeusSEO is not the right fit, you can request a full refund of your subscription within 15 days of a charge — your first purchase or a renewal — for any reason. Refunds are issued on request (just contact us, see below); they are not automatic. This covers your plan or pack subscription.
3. AI credits (Staters)
Staters — the AI and data credits included with a plan or purchased on their own — are delivered to your account for immediate use. As with any digital content you have already used, consumed Staters, and the AI generations and API calls they paid for, are not refundable. Every one is itemized in your usage History, so you always see exactly what was used. A subscription refund returns your subscription — not Staters already delivered or consumed.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@zeuseo.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. A brief reason is welcome but never required. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. After the 15-day window
Once the 15 days have passed, the current billing period is not refundable, but you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. You can cancel any time from your account settings to stop future renewals.
6. Cancellations
Cancel whenever you like — it stops all future charges immediately, and you keep access until the current period ends. Canceling does not retroactively refund periods outside the 15-day window above.
7. Service outages
If ZeusSEO has a verified platform-wide outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, we will issue a pro-rated credit toward your next bill for the affected time.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date, and active subscribers are notified by email at least 15 days before material changes take effect.
