ZeusSEO ("we", "our", "us") operates zeuseo.com and the ZeusSEO platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, billing info), information from connected services (Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics) via OAuth, and usage data (pages visited, features used, errors encountered).

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS us-west-2. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser. We use Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure each user only accesses their own data.

4. Third-Party Services & Google API Limited Use

We integrate with Google APIs (Google Business Profile, Search Console, and Analytics), Anthropic Claude for AI features, and Resend for email delivery. Each service has its own privacy policy.

ZeusSEO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features described above, we never use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as needed to operate the Service or as required by law.

AI assistant connector (MCP). If you connect ZeusSEO to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT through our connector, that assistant can — only at your instruction — act on your ZeusSEO account: it can read your Google Business Profile listings, posts, reviews, and Q&A, publish, schedule, or edit posts and review replies on your behalf, update certain listing fields, and read your Search Console, Analytics, and saved-report data. Only the data needed for the specific action you request is shared with the assistant provider (Anthropic or OpenAI, whichever you choose), which acts as a processor/sub-processor for that data solely to carry out your instruction. Your Google OAuth tokens are never shared with the assistant, with Anthropic, or with OpenAI: they remain on our servers and we make the Google API calls ourselves, consistent with the Google API Limited Use requirements described above. Data you send to the assistant is processed under that assistant provider's own privacy policy. You can revoke the connector at any time from your assistant's connector settings or from ZeusSEO Settings, which immediately stops any further assistant-initiated actions.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@zeuseo.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregate analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
