Refund Policy
Simple, fair, no surprises. Here is exactly what happens if you need a refund.
1. Free Trial
Every plan and pack includes a free trial — 15 days for Starter, Growth, and all Packs; 30 days for the Agency plan. Your card is never charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge whatsoever.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
If you are on a monthly billing cycle and decide ZeusSEO is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable for the current billing period — your access will continue until the end of the period you paid for.
Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Cancel before your next renewal date from your account settings to stop future charges.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a 20% discount.
- Within 14 days of purchase: full refund, no questions asked.
- After 14 days: pro-rated refund for unused full months remaining, minus a $25 administration fee.
- After 6 months: no refund is available. You retain access through the end of your annual period.
4. Add-ons and Credits
AI Credits bundles and individual add-ons (extra locations, seats, sites) follow the same 7-day refund window as monthly subscriptions. Partially consumed AI credit bundles are not refundable once credits have been used.
5. Beta Pricing Lock
Early adopters who subscribe during Beta lock their pricing permanently. Canceling a Beta-priced subscription releases the locked rate — you cannot reclaim Beta pricing after cancellation. This policy is not subject to refund exceptions.
6. Service Outages
If ZeusSEO experiences a verified platform-wide outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, we will issue a pro-rated credit for the downtime period. Credits are applied to future billing, not refunded to the original payment method.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@zeuseo.com with:
- The email address on your ZeusSEO account
- Your plan or pack name
- The date of the charge you are disputing
- A brief reason (optional but appreciated)
We process refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
8. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. We are always happy to resolve billing disputes directly and quickly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will also be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
