Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZeusSEO ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of zeuseo.com and the ZeusSEO platform. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Do not share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Do not use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Trials last 15 days (30 for Agency plan). After the trial, a paid plan is required for continued access. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

5. Google Data

ZeusSEO accesses Google Business Profile, Search Console, and Analytics data via OAuth on your behalf. You grant ZeusSEO permission to access, display, and act on this data within the platform. ZeusSEO does not sell your Google data to third parties. If you connect the ZeusSEO MCP connector to an AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT), you authorize ZeusSEO to share only the data needed for the specific action you request — which may include Business Profile listings, posts, reviews, and Q&A, and read-only Search Console, Analytics, and saved-report data — with that assistant provider, acting as a processor/sub-processor for that purpose; your Google OAuth tokens are never passed to the assistant or its provider, and all Google API use — including through the connector — remains subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy's Limited Use requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

ZeusSEO and its content are owned by ZeusSEO. Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership over content you create using the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZeusSEO is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings.
